The Fashion Shoot Experience is not your typical kind of photography 'workshop'. The event, hosted by internationally-exhibited artist and photography author Miss Aniela, invites you to come shoot as a pro whether you are an amateur, semi-pro or professional photographer. This is a bridge between a workshop and a real fashion shoot, and a chance for you to test your mettle and develop your skills. You will gain confidence, experience – and have lots of fun – working with models and also networking with other creatives. You may find it to be the most fun and rewarding event you’ll attend – by the end of the day, you’ll be artistically spent, with potentially a whole new portfolio of images!

Need experience with models? Want more experience shooting people or fashion? New to studio lighting and curious to try it out? We've had everyone from students to professional photographers attend our event. Also, all participants also receive at least two editing movies from Miss Aniela afterwards, demonstrating her own approach, offering inspiration and advice on how the production process continues beyond the shoot itself.
We believe the way to learn and progress is to do. 10 photographers in total shoot in pairs, on rotation amongst 5 fully-styled models who are decked out in costumes from emerging fashion designers. We shoot exclusively at high-key, quirky locations with an eclectic array of props and range of professional lighting, all laid on. The event is a one-stop portfolio overhaul, an experience-building opportunity and a photographer's dream. This may just be the most rewarding non-workshop 'workshop' you attend.
